Chunky domed heart set with round mixed cut blue topaz stones.  The heart measures 17mm x17mm x 9mm deep (not including the top ring).  The hallmark was on the top ring but has worn off but tested to confirm all 18ct yellow gold.  Weight 6.9g.  Suspended from an 18" 18ct yellow gold trace chain weighing 1.4g.
